The first step to offer our customers the flavors and aromas of good Tuscan cuisine is to select the raw material necessary for the preparation of the dishes: we use only fresh ingredients from our territory, in order to bring to the table tasty and healthy dishes, which reflect the Tuscan tradition, and in particular that of Pisa.

Our suppliers are mainly markets and farms of the Pisan countryside, which provide fresh and seasonal raw materials.

Our wines

Our winery reflects almost exclusively the Tuscan wine tradition, with the exception of the "bollicine", coming from northern Italy. Among the wines we have selected you can find Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo and Merlot, as well as bulk wines from the farms of the Pisan and Florentine area.

We also offer Vin Santo Armida from the "Castelvecchio" farm in Terricciola, considered the best "Santo", one of the most important elements of the Tuscan tradition, perfect to accompany typical desserts such as cantuccini or Easter schiacciata.
